Sean Fraser

Sean has an extensive background in, and passion for, both real estate and accounting.

As an investor & commercial real estate broker himself, he has nearly a decade of actual deal making experience in all aspects of real estate: acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leases, deal underwriting, and course, accounting.

Prior to his career in commercial brokerage & leasing, Sean worked as an accountant for AEW Capital Management, one of the largest real estate private equity investment managers in the world.

Sean started his career as auditor at Deloitte & Touche, one of the Big 4 Accounting firms.

His educational background includes a MBA/MS in Accounting Dual Degree from Northeastern University, a graduate certificate from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Chinese from University of Massachusetts Amherst.

In his spare time, Sean loves to spend time with his wife and business partner, Jiameng, as well as their two children. He loves traveling, spending time outdoors, reading books, & exercising.

Sean is bilingual in both English and Mandarin.

Jiameng Fraser

As co-founder and COO of Beaverbrook, Jiameng oversees all the technical and operational activities of the firm.

Prior to co-founding Beaverbrook, Jiameng worked as a fund accountant at BNY Mellon and a relationship manager at Bank of America.

As a real estate investor and developer herself, she has a strong passion for helping her clients build wealth through real estate.

Jiameng has spearheaded the construction of an Airbnb investment property and has also successfully acquired, renovated, and sold/refinanced residential properties as well.

Her educational background includes a MS in Finance from Northeastern University and a BS in Finance from Shenzhen University.

She also holds certifications both from Quickbooks and Bookkeeper Launch.

In her spare time, Jiameng loves to spend time with her family, travel to tropical climates, bake delicious food from scratch, and watch her favorite TV shows.

Jiameng speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakkanese.
